Heavenly Day...

I cant believe that today has been 10 years since we last seen our sweet little Meggie, Where has the time gone??? It was a good day to look back and remember!! I miss her not only today but everyday that passes. I miss her sweet smile, but most of all her sweet spirit and the peace that she gave to our little family...I know that she was sent down here with a purpose and she came and did what she needed, but if only I could have had more time to get to know the sweet little angel that she was... I sometimes catch myself wondering what she would have looked like or what things would have been like, I know she is in a much better place and is now free from pain but sometimes I cant help but wonder... Me, Sadie and the kids went up to the cemetery and then to McDonald's for lunch, Thanks Sadie for coming with us I really enjoyed the company of such a great friend...

Pack Meeting...

Tonight at Pack Meeting Brennick received his Wolf, 2 arrows, 5 belt loops and his Whittling Chip card (which means that he can carry a knife to scouts activities and he knows the safety of using a knife)and he thinks its pretty awesome. They did a cool thing were the parents painted the faces of there scout and told what each color meant... Brennick loves scouts and enjoys working on each achievement, we are very proud of you and love you so much...

School Time...

Wow already the first day of school, Where did the summer go??? Brennick is starting 3rd grade and got Mrs. Anderson for a teacher and I think she is going to be great. I thought I wasn't going to miss him but I got a little emotional when I left the school, he is getting so big and growing up way to fast. He was a little embarrassed that I had to take his picture at his desk in front of 2 girls that sit at his table, as you can tell by the photo..

First Football Game

Syracuse Gold -VS- Ogden Valley
Brennick played his first game as a Mitey Mite today, and we lost. Brennick had a really good game and didn't let anyone passed him. It dosent matter if you Win or Lose the game its how you play the game that really counts!! But it would have been great to have won but I am really proud of the way Brennick played!!

Bowling...

Bowling +Good Friends= Good Times
We had a great and crazy time bowling, but after the first game some of the kids were not interested in bowling anymore. Hudson was so cute he loved the bowling shoes and when it was time to take them off, he wanted to know if it was ok if he kept them...

My Animal Lovers...

The boys found this snake at Great Grandmas House and of course they had to bring it home. So Matt made him a little home in a bucket and the kids thought that was pretty cool...

WFFL Jamboree...

Our Football team had the opportunity to play in the Jamboree this year.. We did really good the first game against Roy we held our ground 0-0. The second game was a hour later against N.Ogden and they kind of all fell apart and we lost 20-0 YIKES, I hope that's not what the season is going to be like.

DJ Hero Party...

We went to a way fun DJ Hero Party hosted by Tanya. The kids had fun playing the game and loved wearing the awesome glasses, and the cool glow sticks that she gave them...Thanks Tanya for a fun evening for the family!

Emmerson is Turning 2...

Our Baby girl is turning 2!! She is such a sweet thing but also a little sassy at times, she is growing up so fast! She is such a girly girl and loves playing with her babies, playing dress up and most of all she loves to talk and did I forgot to mention she a little bit of a DRAMA QUEEN... We love her so much and she is such a joy to have in our little family! Happy Birthday Emmerson Mattie, we hope you had a wonderful 2nd birthday!!

We took her to Chuck a Rama for her birthday dinner! She slept most of the time but woke up in time for them to sing Happy Birthday to her with a cute little ice cream sundae...

We had a little party at Freemont park with the family. She was so super cute opening her presents and got tons of cute stuff! Thanks everyone for helping make her day so special..

Building a Friend!

We took Emmie to Build -A-Bear to make her a little friend for her 2nd birthday! She was so cute and wanted to wash the bear over and over and we cant forget she loved brushing the bear. We named her friend princess, she loves her and thinks she is so very soft!

Boating...

We got invited to go boating with the Courneya family at Willard bay. We had a great time swimming, tubing, wake boarding and just hanging out!!

Football Time...

It's that time again FOOTBALL season!!! Which means long nights of practice and our Saturdays are now devoted to FOOTBALL, but we love it!!! Brennick got drafted to the team we wanted his coach is Jason Rusch and we are way excited to see how the team does this season... Brennick has really improved from last year and actually is hitting harder, he is on the line playing both defense and offense. Go Syracuse Storm!!
