Football Party...

The football party was at Hungry Bear with the players and there families. The boys had a great time eating pizza and playing the video games. We had a really fun team and I really am going to miss football, it was a good time even though we only won 1 game. It is amazing how much Brennick has learned and how far he has come since the first day of football practice. I cant wait for next year, hopefully by then we can teach him it is ok to be a little meaner and hit a little harder!!

Brennicks Helmet..

After ever game Coach Swanson would give the boys stickers that they could put on their helmets for a job well done. I know it is crazy I took a picture of his helmet (I know that doesn't surprise a lot of ya), but he was upset we had to take them off to return the helmet so I took the picture for my sad boy...

Black Island Farms...

We went to Black Island Farms for a birthday party for Kobe (he is on Brennicks football team), the kids had a great time. We took a hayride out to the farmers fields where they told us about corn, carrots and onions. The kids all thought it was cool we let them eat carrots straight from the ground YUCK, they also got to take a BIG onion home. Then on to the part they all were waiting for the pumpkin patch, where the kiddos all picked them a pumpkin.

They had a fun time playing on the slides there were so many different ones, and they played on them for hours even little Em's (as you can tell by the photos). They had pig races, a pumpkin bounce house, corn maze, and so much more. It was our first time going and we all had a BLAST, what a great way to start off the Halloween season....

Hunter, Brennick, Kaysn and little Hudson (who thinks it is so fun to hangout with the older boys). Brennick loves to ride his scooter and go to the skate park that is a new thing and I get a little nervous when Matt takes them. But they do pretty well considering how young they are...

Do I Hear Wedding Bells???

Cory is finally getting married, her name is Jana and she is the BEST thing that has ever came into his life and I am so very happy for the two of them... Thank You Jana for making my brother the happiest he has ever been, you are a blessing to our family and I already love ya to death (and we cant forget how much Hudson adores you) !! It was a small and simple wedding in my parents backyard with just family it was so beautiful and it was so fun to help plan and decorate. Brennick thought it was pretty cool that he was able to toilet paper the car, I'm sure he would have keep going if we would have let him.... CONGRATS!! WE LOVE YA TONS....

DEW TOUR!!!

We took the boys down to the Dew Tour, this was our first time going and we had a lot of fun. There was so much for them to do not to mention all the free stuff they got. They were able to meet 3 pro skaters and 1 BMX pro, Brennick and Kaysn played Nerf tag, Matt did a beef jerky eating contest (didn't win but said the beef jerky was so good) and Hudson won a free t-shirt for just being so cute (that is what she told him). I am so amazed at some of the things they can do on skateboards and bikes it made me nervous to watch, but the boys were in heaven and loved ever minute of it... It was a long HOT day, but we all had a great time!!!!!!

ABC FUN!!!!

Hudson gets really bored without Brennick home all day it has been an adjustment for him, poor guy and Mom just isnt as fun!! So today we just happen to have Chef Boyardee ABC's and 123's with meatballs when he was eating them he must have realized they were letters. He was pointing out all kinds of letters and I was very surprised he knew some of them, so we decided to spell out his name. It was a lot of fun and when we were done he was so proud of himself we even left it for Dad to see.. It is the little things we do with our kids that I think mean the most to them and I know that I overlook that sometimes, today I am going to TRY my hardest to be more mindful of what he wants to do ( The cleaning can wait).....

OH SO MESSY!!

I am such a freak about my kids getting messy and sticky (I know I should be over that after 4 kids), but I would have done anything to get her to stop crying this night!! I had tried everything and nothing was working but when she seen that popsicle she was way excited and the crying stopped immediately (why didn't I try that earlier). Her hands and tongue were purple not to mention so very sticky,but it was making her happy for the time being. She thought it was funny to rub it all over in her hair and how the popsicle stick got up there I have no idea.... It was a very sticky sticky mess,but totally worth it for some piece and quiet time. The sticking out her tongue is her new thing very attractive I know.
